Over the past 7 years, we have supported Polymath Ventures in raising investment for its companies, including the formation of the Polymath Seed Fund I LP in Canada and the launch of its debt fund in Mexico.
Likewise, we advise Polymath on its portfolio company investments, secondary sales, reorganizations, and other corporate operations.
Since 2023, we have provided ongoing legal counsel to EWA Capital related to investments for its private equity funds in the US and Colombia, as well as its investment processes, including due diligence for potential target companies and the review of investment documents.
We advised EquityX on the due diligence processes of target companies, specifically small and medium-sized companies undergoing generational transitions and supported them with their acquisition strategy through legal structures designed to mitigate the most significant legal risks of the transaction.
We advised on the complex merger and reorganization process of subsidiary companies, subject to prior authorization before the Superintendence of Corporations.
We supported the management team in acquiring 100% of the company's shares, which had previously been a subsidiary of Loxam Hune, Spain.
